Yoga
I have trained in and practice many different styles of yoga -Ashtanga Vinyasa, Sivananda, Iyengar. I have been teaching for 10 years so am equipped to teach most people whatever your age, needs and level of fitness. I also teach pranayama and very basic meditation.
Life changing
I love yoga, it has changed my life for the better and is thus, very easy for me to teach.
