In 2011 I underwent a hysterectomy – keyhole surgery – and then in 2012 I underwent further abdominal surgery and I was cut.
My experiences - both good and bad – lead me to develop my teaching skills to prepare women for surgery and to help them recover afterwards.
I use a combination of yoga, pilates, Yoga Nidra – deep relaxation and common sense. From day one you will feel empowered to help yourself.
